There is already a mod out to raise the cap to 100, but I thought that was a little too high. I made this file real quick for people who think 30 is too low but would still like to cap at a reasonable point in time. UPDATE: Now you can raise the levelcap to 46 if you\'d prefer to have one more perk before you cap. Goes well with my \"Fewer Perks\" mod, which grants a perk on every third level instead of every second: http://www.newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=35671
