After speech-checking Legate Lanius at the end of the game he walks away instead of fleeing in fear. Very simple mod that simply makes Legate Lanius not "always run" after the player convinces him to abandon his attack on the Hoover Dam.
The reason it looked so ridiculous in the vanilla game is because Lanius has insane speed so when he runs he looks like he is fleeing from the player - which is not lore-friendly. Lanius even states that he is giving up the West as a tactical decision to hold the East.
