.: Information :. - This is a new house mod that adds a manor on the edge of Lake Mead, just south of Camp Golf. This house is lore-friendly, kinda. - Requires all major DLCs; Dead Money, Honest Hearts, Old World Blues, Lonesome Road. - Fully NavMeshed interior. Exterior does not work for some reason - I have done numerous fixes but companions still fail to head up on the manor's base.

.: Includes :. First level: Living room, smoke room, kitchen. Second level: Bed room, lounge, restroom. Attic: Junk clutter, extra storage. Basement: Armory, science lab, medical room, repair room. Garage: Junk clutter, extra storage.

All detailed and cluttered, not the best but I did what I can :) .: Issues :. - Exterior's NavMesh - I just remembered that I forgot to add a texture to one of the flags, so it will be N. C. R. rather than U. S. .. just disable it if it bothers you. (Fixed in 1. 1. 1) - Pool water, it make look kind of weird. .: Change Log :. 23 Oct. 2014 - Initial 1. 0. 0 release 24 Oct. 2014 - Quick fix 1. 1. 0: added missing files, removed some of the unnecessary resources that were not used, a few minor refurbishing changes, flag fix, garage now fully NavMeshed. Quick fix 1. 1. 1: Hopefully last patch of missing files, door out back is now correctly linked, as is the secret underwater entrance.

Sorry about the patchy start, I made the mistake of not keeping all the files together this was my first time doing this. Apologies.
