First of all, this file contain adult-only content. (drugs, sexual violence, non-violence sex and nonsexual violence, yeah!) You have been warned, so don't blame me. What it does? It adds a short quest about Fiends, kidnapping, sexual exploitation and substance abuse. The quest currently begins when you walk around the Sunset Sarsaparilla Headquarters. It also adds a new resident to Westside named Parker.
Why? To give personality to your character.
