Just a small mod that lets you enter Bullet Time.
Has special effects for all vanilla VATS perks, does not edit any base-game records, automatically disables VATS if you assign it to the same button.
Has MCM menu, where you can completely configure it.
As all my other MCM-powered mods, this now supports merging.
