This is a port of the Fallout 3 version from keldable, but I rebuilt it from
the ground up with many changes and additions.

Changes and features are:
- Loiters in the Goodsprings Saloon.
- Instantly hireable. No messing with quest requirements.
- All new menu structure with voiced dialogue. Much more than in the FO3
- Embedded . 44 Magnum with unlimited ammo. Jasmine will only use another
gun if it is more powerful than her embedded gun.
- Comes with Light Leather Armor by default. You can of course redress her.
The Persona and Tough Girl outfits look good on her.
- Initially set to Essential when not yet hired. When hired in normal mode,
companions in NV are always essential and this can't be toggled off.
- SetEsssential toggle option in the menu is only available in hardcore mode
due to the above mentioned game limitation.
- Teleporter to teleport Jasmine to the player or vice versa. Always unequip
the teleporter after teleporting to prevent glitches.
- New AI packages.
- Waiting equals relaxing.
- There is no Go Home option, only a Fired option.
- Idle chatter can be annoying in the long run so she chats only while waiting.
- Custom idles in follow mode.
- Will sit when the player sits.
- Will sleep in waiting mode and at night when there is an unowned bed nearby.
- Levels with the player.
Note that I like my companion dialogue menus to be minimal with only the most
useful stuff, so I won't be adding new features.
