Holdout Weapons and Improved Holdout Weapons Fix

For the first time in a long time I waited to hit the casinos tell the very end of the game after doing all the DLC. I believed I was more than prepared to take down the bosses of New Vegas with all I had gathered but to my total surprise I walked into them with just my fists to show for it. At this point I was very, VERY confused and quickly pulled up the Wiki just to double check that I wasn't being a total idiot. My suspicions of a bug or glitch where confirmed when I saw the holdout and improved holdout lists, showing all the weapons I had but was still unable to bring inside.

This of course inspired me to crack open the GECK and take a closer look. I've done lots of minor tweaks for myself over the years so this was actually really easy. Using the Wiki as my guide I carefully added -ALL- the DLC weapons posted on that list just as they appear with no other changes to the game beside also adding That Gun and Big Boomer if only because their non-unique counter parts where already on the list too.

I'm aware that other mods exist which either totally ignore the holdout system or just bypass it. I personally am not interest in either of those options so here is my own work offered to the community. I really hope it benefits those who just want a no-nonsense option that makes the game run the way it was intended.

Installation;

Unzip the RAR contents into your Fallout New Vegas\Data folder, and ensure it is turned on in your mod manager of choice. This should be playable even mid game and will work without starting over.

Simply remove the ESP file from your data folder via deletion or disable it within your mod manager of choice. The RAR contains only the one object and should cause no changes to your game once it is gone aside from what the file had intended to fix.
