High-Res Ranger Visor Glows

An alternative to my other mod, Simple Glowing Ranger Visors, this mod instead aims to improve the original look of the ranger visor glows with a recreation of the original texture I made from scratch. I also recommend using Natural Duster Coats with this mod.

This new glow texture is the same resolution as the diffuse textures (1024x1024 instead of 256x256), resulting in a better fit for the effect. It always bothered me how the light from the original glow texture seems to bleed outside the visor because it's so low resolution.

Additionally, despite the riot gear visors being a slightly different shape, the same texture that is used for the NCR/desert ranger visors are used for them as well, once again resulting in a lot of bleed outside the actual visors. With this mod, the riot gears get their own unique glow texture (which they reference in vanilla, it just looks the same as the NCR/desert one. What I'm saying is no mesh replacements are needed to make it use this unique texture).

In my opinion, it makes the glows look more like they're coming from inside the helmet, and that they aren't in the best working order (especially on the desert helmet, where the left optic looks nearly broken, giving the eyes a somewhat "deranged" look). It's also worth noting that the first riot gear's visor glow being brighter than the other two is a vanilla thing that I'm not sure how to fix and am not planning to.
