The plugin that is included with Height Randomizer NVSE is simply the "blacklist" so that some NPCs are not affected by the mod. This simply
converts that script into an ESPless solution that uses KEYWORDS. If you want to tweak it further, it is easy to do via the included KEYWORDS

]You can install either the TTW or NV version, it doesn't matter.[]I also recommend using Height Randomizer Custom Config by Crygreg for a more balanced configuration that is less prone to crash.
