Hardcore Mobile Truck Base TTW

OVERVIEW:

After having used MTB for quite some time, I've come to realize just how powerful it is. Pure water source from the sink, a method of very cheap fast travel (for those who play with normal FT disabled), and can be acquired for free by default in the TTW version. All this together makes the mod very overpowered (especially if you're using mods to increase the challenge of your game) and tends to invalidate a lot of other player homes. And so I've tried to ameliorate that with a few subtle changes. First and most simply, the water is no longer pure, it's "average" quality meaning that it's not super heavily irradiated, but it does have some rads (and if bottled will turn into Dirty Water). Second, I've made the fuel cost for travel as well as the hardcore need penalties far more severe, so that way you might think twice about using it to go everywhere. Note that this can still be freely altered in the MCM, I simply changed the defaults. And lastly, it has a significant cost to acquire. A modified version of my own Purchasing Addon is integrated to handle this aspect. The base price of the Prospector's Pack which contains the Truck Key has been significantly increased from 500 to 1500 caps, and it is now found in Crazy Wolfgang's shop instead of Moira's, which I felt was more thematically appropriate and also makes it slightly more of a hassle to track down. All this together should turn MTB from an early game home you'll use for the rest of your playthrough into more of a mid game upgrade which has plenty of drawbacks.
