To complement my new SALVO retexturing process, it's time for

Helios (2) One.

Or Helios 2: Oasis.  Or just Water.  Or whatever.

H2O will not be receiving any updates aside from bug fixes - I'm basically locking it in here for those who enjoy the aesthetics.  If you want to try something new, why not try Caffeine NVR?  Improved (but different) visuals, improved performance, and improved tacos!

What is it?

H2O is a fully realized, multi-worldspace NVR preset.  It has individual bespoke settings for both NV and TTW as well as all associated DLCs.  Interiors are also customized to an extent, and thanks to Cartographer you will see a more noticeable interior day/night cycle.

What is NVR?

NVR, like ENB before it, is a graphics extender for New Vegas. It adds features like tonemapping, physically based terrain rendering, shadows, ambient occlusion, and more.

Why is it?

Because it looks nice.

How do I use it?

First, make sure you have a correctly installed and configured NV or TTW setup.  I can only offer support if you have followed Viva New Vegas (NV) or The Best of Times/Wasteland Survival Guide (TTW).  Then grab the requirements below, install H2O underneath NVR in MO2's left panel, and you should be good to go.  The mod is packed inside a FOMOD that will allow you to choose performance tier and disable certain effects.

    What could go wrong?

    []Performance loss can be significant versus vanilla.  Make sure you have fully followed the Performance Guide.
