Gutted Enhanced Vegas Ruins

Enhanced Vegas Ruins by tom2go is a great concept and is by far the best addition to the overlooked ruins section of vegas I've seen. Most overhauls go overboard on the asset use and add too many skyscrapers which look out of place and not in line with the vanilla aesthetic, but tom2go's mod is much more conservative in its approach.

That being said I'm not too big a fan of the new overpasses everywhere and the new neighborhoods, which may mess with the compatibility of mods adding interiors or quests to the existing houses in East Vegas. So, with permission, I've thrown this together.

This mod was made by merging the highway overhaul (for the streetlights) with a custom esp copy-pasting the values of three of the skyscrapers and a handful of the billboards from tom2go's ruins. The custom esp was made by disabling, not deleting, the vanilla buildings overlapping the location of the new ruined buildings. It is my understanding that deleting vanilla assets is discouraged and initially disabling is the safest option.

This version is only the ruined skyscrapers and highway edits. Neighborhoods and overpasses have been excluded.

Thank you tom2go for your permission to make an edit like this! If you want me to take this down and instead offer it as an optional esp on your page I am amenable to that.

Disclaimer: I don't know much about navmeshes, so that's an advantage tom2go's mods have over this version FYI.

You may want to regenerate LOD after installing one of these mods.
