Furniture Mover

Adds a house and furniture salesman who sits next to the Prospector Saloon in Goodsprings. Also adds the ability to pick up and drop certain furniture items. If you are standing you use the furniture as normal but if CROUCHED (SNEAKING) you will pick it up instead. Most fixed items and containers will be put where you are standing and all other items will be placed where you are looking, so you can determine the height they are placed at.

TOWN MARKER

This will be next to the furniture salesman. Pick it up and drop it wherever you want the centre of the crop fields to be, if you have farmers working. This will be a FAST TRAVEL marker, and marks the main settlement. Also use it to escape nearby if you get stuck inside furniture when placing.

You can have as many houses as you want and they can't be moved once built. Find a reasonably flat piece of land and stand where you want the front door to be looking into the house, and then drop the building plans. The house will be built perfectly level so if you were looking up or down when you tried to build it then it will fail and you will be reset looking exactly level. Do not move from this position and attempt to build again.

The TENT is built in the same way but you must be crouching if you want it flat on the ground.

The CHURCH is placed like the house except you will be standing in the middle of where it is built.

The furniture salesman will sell various items, and others can only be taken from out in the wasteland, or other people's houses. When you talk to him you will get a full list of items available and instructions on object placement. There are free samples of a door and a first aid box at the shop. The first aid box is placed on walls the wrong way around. When placed it will randomly be one of two different varieties, so check the contents and place again if you want a different selection of medicines. Only the refrigerator can be raided by other characters. Dirty and rusty varieties of the couch and vault lockers will be cleaned when you pick them up.

These can be found wandering around various settlements around the Mojave. They will follow you and live wherever you tell them to. You can also ask them to work at the main settlement where the town marker is. If they don't live in that settlement they will visit once a week to work there. When they are near the town marker farmers will plant crops if they have an excess of suitable food, and other town members will give the farmers these necessary items if they have them. If you have a very high medicine skill you will heal them when you talk to them.

Settlers will forage, hunt, trade and prospect in the area around where they live, or wherever they are currently at. THEY MAY STEAL but will be friendly with travelling merchants and general wastelanders and prospectors. Anything they have collected which they don't
