Exactly as it says. Hattix' Fellout NV mod is great, imho.. clearer days, clearer nights.. and the nights are truly frightening. :)
But the Friend of the Night perk barely lets you see your hand in front of your face. This mod removes the "tint" overlay effects from FOTN and fades, and allows you enough light to navigate - but not enough to read the sunday funnies, as in vanilla.
