Due to the poximatry to the King\'s Mian Hangout, Pierre believes this would be a prime choice for now to set up shop in this Part of Freeside. The Kings natuarrly checked him out but Pierre had a way with words that confused some of them and he twisted thier little minds to the point that the Kings give him a wide berth except when they wish to buy some new \"Blue suede shoes\" or maybe Combs to comb thier Greasy Hairstyles. Desbite Alfonse\'s Expensive look and feel, his prices are fair. He has to choose this as Freeside is the cheaper option, saving on caps aswell as filling up the Vacant spaces in Freeside. If Freeside had more shops and Vendors, there would be a larger increase of privatly owned guards, and if this grows to a certain point, Pierre would also believe that the some shop owners would form some sort of co-operation to form some sort of \"Private Police\" for Freeside instead of letting the Kings run the streets. OK.. this is going of topic. ====What this Mod does==== =V5 Freeside Fine Living now has been decorated even more as it looks proper Fancy now. Both interior and Exterior. I have also added Moraelin Professionals Suits 1_05 by Moraelin found here: http://www.newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=36131 - with thier permission aswell. I have also made use of AlanOrcelot\'s Shelve Resource as I could not find a decent Vanilla Shelve to stock these clothes. I dont like the fact that the vanilla shelves are broken up in to segments, sure handy for moving around courners but still.
