Follows-Chalk Follower

This mod re-introduces Follows-Chalk into the game as a permanent follower in the most immersive and seamless way possible. Follows-Chalk may end up in a variety of locations depending on some choices you made during Honest Hearts. If you told Follows-Chalk to go see civilisation during Civilized Man's Burden and then chose drive the White-Legs out of Zion, he will be found in Freeside. If you told Follows-Chalk to stay in Zion or did not complete Civilized Man's Burden, and then drove out the White-Legs, he will be found in the Dead Horses Camp. If you told the Dead Horses and Sorrows to evacuate Zion, regardless of how you completed Civilised Man's Burden, he will be found in the Bitter Springs Refugee Camp. When you dismiss him, he will go to wherever you initially found him, or the Lucky 38 Suite if the player has unlocked it. Follows-Chalk Is fully-voiced with all of his follower and combat dialogue, as well as dialogue asking him about himself, the Dead Horses etc. I took out some of the options relating directly to the story to make it more Lore-Friendly. Follows-Chalk is armed with a . 45 Pistol and his War Club. He is wearing his Dead Horse armor, but NOT his iconic Headdress, as it is given to the player after completing Honest Hearts, but he WILL wear it when you give it to him. Having Follows-Chalk as your follower grants you the Well-Knowing Guide Perk, granting you +5% experience gain and doubles the skill points given by magazines.

Permissions- Use this however you want, I don't really care as long as you ask for permission first.
