This is the model of FNX . 45 Tactical. There are 2 ingame mods available, suppressor and holo sights. The texture still requires some work, but the mod itself is playable. You can find the weapon in the "Another ordinary box" near the Abandoned Shack near the Yangtze Memorial.
I will add some camo patterns to the texture, so in the comments section leave any suggestion which pattern should I add.

Just copy the esp and bsa in the data folder of your game installation.
