This mod adds in an FN FNC along with one modification - a silencer. It comes with unique static and sound entries (with custom sounds as well!), as well as having it added to the appropriate weapon, repair, vendor, and leveled lists.
It can be found in Doc Mitchell's kitchen, leaning against a counter.
