Flirting Perks Require 5 Charisma

I really want Charisma to not be a dump stat, but the only mods I could find that do that seemed like they'd conflict with my setup. So I thought, 'What can I do with minimal effort?' And the answer was this.

Black Widow, Cherchez La Femme, Confirmed Bachelor, and Lady Killer all require 5 or more Charisma to acquire now. So now you can't sweep people off their feet with frontal lobe damage. I chose 5 because it's one more than the cut Child at Heart perk, and one less than Animal Friend and Ferocious Loyalty. The Vigor tester also titles 5 Charisma as "Substitute Teacher," which just proves me right.

YUP fixes have been forwarded.

The JSawyer (Ultimate) version incorporates the increases to the damage bonus against females from 10% to 15% because of the lower amount of females in the game. JSUE is not required, though.

If you use another mod that edits the same perks (like JSUE or a perk overhaul,) load this one after, or even better, just copy the edits over from this in FNVEdit.
