Festus Rebuild Re-Tex (WiP)

MOD DESCRIPTION: Ok, this is going to be a work in progress(WIP), because I really wanted festus damaged, but not as damaged as he originally was. But I dont want him so repaired as if he was brand new. Since I am editng the meshes, and moving things around which were well, not even being looked at take the EYE hanging for example... It was there, but referencing a black hole. Why... IDK, but I moved that around to the eye socket now it hangs down with the colored eye. Patched up his Clothes a bit, but still left them worn. Took out some of the bullet holes in the case, and festus himself.

Sooner or later I really want the arm either gone, or put back on. Maybe Replace the Glass with real glass maybe broken or least chicken wire glass IDK. As soon as I teach myself a little more basics wise to do some of these things, I will add them may take time, but this far, at least himself is cleaned up.

So it does include a mesh for festus as well as a normal map as well to remove the bullet holes which would show up in the stock map. I dont normally include normal maps because the stock ones usually work fine for my texture edits(plus it saves time and size when UP/DOWN loading)

INSTALLING: Just do what you normally do for Textures. Personally I just use my MO to install them.

TO UNINSTALL or, Ugh! I hate this mod, how do I get it out of my game?: Uninstall how ever you normally uninstall a Texture?
