Not much to add or elaborate. The sound in question is the one which begins with a cola bottle being opened, continues with a single swallow, and concludes with a satisfied "Ahhh!" The problem is that you can tell by the "Ahhh" part that it was some guy doing the drinking, and the same audio file is used regardless of what gender the player character actually is. I finally got a little tired of it.
Yes, it's possible to make a mod that only uses this replacement audio file if the player character is actually female. But New Vegas is inherently a game starved of room for extra ESPs, and honestly, anyone who has their preference isn't likely to waffle between genders. If you use a female character, you install this tiny mod; otherwise you skip it. I can make an ESP that monitors player gender if someone genuinely wants it.
