Chops down the wait time from 8-10 seconds to 3 seconds for interacting with doctors for health, rads and implants.
Why?
Because it takes too damn long
How?
The animation "LooseDoctorHealPlayer" is gone (the one where the doc in question taps a needle). I found this was inconsistently implemented anyway - Doc Mitchell in vanilla is a good example of doing this for health but not for rads, whereas other docs do it for rads
The "Fade to Black" has been chopped from 5 seconds to 2 seconds, and 1 second buffer has been kept. So 3 seconds in total
Compatibility
YUP patch changes have been forwarded, but this should be very much compatible with all of the docs in the base FNV game.
