Fancy Followers of the Apocalypse

Higher poly, high resolution texture redesigns of the Followers of the Apocalypse outfits, with unique versions for Arcade and the Followers Lab Coat reward.

The Followers of the Apocalypse outfits are the epitome of New Vegas' speedy approach to development; three different outfits all using the same mesh and textures, which is itself a reskin of the Vault Lab Uniform. Despite this, it's a good look, but one that definitely feels rushed and now a little dated. If you agree, this mod may be for you; it provides a higher poly redesign of the Followers' aesthetic, covering all outfits with unique meshes, while keeping close to the original design goals.

Polycounts are in the 15k range, with multiple 2k textures per mesh, so this is probably not ideal for those with the weakest systems.

Includes a small script to give the Followers Lab Coat unique meshes; otherwise, straight model replacements, no ESP required, and should be no conflicts unless you have another Followers outfit replacer.

CONTENTS

Followers Doctors Coat - Different versions for male and female, with the female version given a slightly punk look to look good on Julie Farkas. Stethoscopes and Geiger counters (inspired by the F4 version) all round.

Arcade's Lab Coat - Slightly more rough and ready version, dirtier and with knee pads to show a more adventurous vibe. Extra button done up on the shirt, and some slightly Enclave looking boots to show a couple of sides of his personality.

Followers Lab Coat - The much forgotten reward version you get for joining the Followers, now has its own unique male and female meshes. Closed lab coat with no Stethoscope.

INSTALLATION

Install in the usual manner, with a mod manager or manually.

Soft requirement for TYPE4 - Body and Armors, as these are the body meshes I've used, though there's not much skin on show here. A patch is available in the optional files for Vanilla bodies (my thanks to AndreasSelzer).
