Just a quick mod that put an eye and eletrodes in the brain.
This don´t even have a .esp. Just extract in your NV folder and that is it.
To unistall, delete the robrain folder in C:\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout New Vegas\Data\meshes\creatures or whatever is locate your New Vegas in the Gog edition.
You need Old World Blues.
