Expanded Crafting from The East Coast (EC-TEC)

Introducing EC-TEC, which brings the beloved crafting system prevalent in the East Coast to the Mojave Wasteland. Adds Recipes to break down a majority of miscellaneous items into base components, which can then be used to craft weapons, weapon mods and even explosives! A large amount of basic weaponry can also be scrapped, allowing for more flexibility. Furthermore, miscellaneous Crafting Recipes have been added to make use of less valuable base components, such as packing items into bulk stashes, which can then be sold for a decent profit to vendors.

1. 1 (January 4th, 2019)

- Fixed a problem with the "Craft : 9mm SMG" Recipe where the name for the Recipe was missing.

1. 2 (January 5th, 2019)

- Fixed an incorrection in the "Scrap : Vacuum Cleaner" Recipe where the required Vacuum Cleaner was not present in the "Required Items" section, resulting in an unintentional exploit.

Known Issues :

- Some Breakdown Recipes have repeated Ingredients (for example, an Ashtray will Breakdown into 1 Plastic and 1 Plastic). This is to resolve a UI glitch and is unfortunately out of my range to perfectly correct. Breakdown Recipes with only one item listed as Breakdown materials (for example, an Ashtray breaking down into 2 Plastic) will not show as Breakdown Recipes in the Workbench, despite working properly. As of currently, I have no idea how to circumvent this issue without needlessly complicating Recipes so that they will show up correctly.
