If you bring your save game onto another machine, the changes will still be there without you needing to install an esp. 4) with the mods I am using quite often the NPC would end up being killed before I had chance to talk to them or complete their quest. Extract the text files to your FALLOUT NV FOLDER (NOT THE DATA FOLDER LIKE MOST OTHER MODS BUT YOUR FALLOUT NV FOLDER). Its ONE FOLDER above your data folder. Next, launch the game. Open the console by pressing \"~\" and type in \"bat all\".
