Enhanced Skies - Weather and Lighting - TTW

Hello everybody! This is a quick conversion of Durast's' Enhanced Skies - Weather and Lighting for Tale of Two Wastelands.

The file requires Tale of Two Wastelands and has been cleaned with FNVEDIT, so it should be safe for everybody to use. Still, you should always make a backup save before installing ANY mod, in case something goes wrong.

>WHAT

This mod changes the weather and lighting of the game to remove the green tint and adds a colder, cloudier atmosphere to the game. Please note that the SweetFX files from Enhanced Skies are not included here, as I play with a personal preset. So, if you want, you can get the SweetFX files from Durast's page and use them. 

= REGULAR VERSION Straight conversion of Durast's mod with no settings altered. I converted the "brighter nights" version because it's the one I use. I don't enjoy groping my way around in the dark, sorry. Please read the original description for more details.

= RAIN VERSION Additionally, there is a version that adds the rain from Zion Canyon to all climates (FO3 + NV) at 95/5 chance (regular weather to rain) at 175 volatility. This is because I love Rainy Days by my buddy SKYZOO and wanted to be able to use both mods at the same time. Choose whichever version you prefer.

= RAIN + BLUE SKY + DARKER NIGHTS VERSION Yet another optional version, and my personal preference, combines the new sky for TTW, the rain, and edits the sky in the Mojave to be much bluer, in addition to slightly darker nights. I know this one is not for everybody, but I'm leaving it here because I think it looks good enough. The values are based on the ones from Western Sky by /Jeremy Hamilton. As this is something I converted for myself, I WILL NOT MAKE ANY CHANGES. I will not add to it or subtract from this mod. This is offered as-is. If you want to change something, do it yourself with the GECK or FNVEDIT.

'Cause the weather looks flippin' awesome like this! It reminds me of S. T. A. L. K. E. R. and makes an interesting contrast between Washington, D. C. and the Mojave.
