A patch of Enclave Commander - Marine Edition that adds a few things, like a merchant and a home base, as well as fixing some standing-out issues, like the ability to drop your items, causing a crash. I am not the original creator of this mod, I am only continuing the work and hopefully make this mod flourish.
KNOWN PROBLEMS:
This mod conflicts with the latest version of DTO. Camos, such as the Desert, are completely ruined. Uninstall DTO when using this mod, or switch to Black Camo for the soldiers. I am currently working on a patch to integrate the newer DTO outfits with this mod.

Q: Where's the merchant?
A: Located DIRECTLY inside the Goodsprings Saloon.
Q: Where's the base?
A: Nellis Array is the closest map marker. Located along the eastern runway, look for a bunker hill.
Q: Black patches are showing up on the armor/The short-sleeved armor is completely ruined!
A: This is caused by the fact that the newest version of DTO includes new model adjustments, which aren't present in EC - ME. Simply remove DTO if you plan to use this mod, or use Black Camo, as that is the most stable camo.
Q: The game crashes on startup! Help!
A: You have to load EC - ME first, if you load the patch before EC - ME, the game will crash. This may also be caused by certain mods which adds/remove script capabilities.
Q: The base sucks.
A: That's not a question, but I feel like some people would be disappointed by the lack of base. Yes, it is tiny, I only made it as a sort-of hiding place, and I do not plan to expand it further. I'm sorry.

A: Look around, they're located within the location.
