Emily Ortal is a doctor for the Followers of the Apocalypse who asks you to bug Mr. House\'s data network in the quest \"The Moon Comes Over the Tower\". Originally, you were meant to use a Perception check of 6 to find out that she slept with Benny after a long night of work and one too many Atomic Cocktails. Problem is, the Perception check is set up to check Emily Ortal\'s perception, not the player\'s. And since her Perception is only 5, it doesn\'t show up. This properly fixes the dialogue option so that it checks the player\'s Perception, not Emily Ortal\'s. Credit to Quetzlsacatango for showing me how to do it. Feel free to use this however you want. No credit or permissions necessary.
