Dust Bowl - Animated LOD for Dust Storms (ESPless)

This adds animated LOD for the dust storms at Ivanpah Dry Lake, El Dorado Dry Lake, and Quarry Junction using the same technique as Smoke on the Desert.

It's technically compatible with everything. Just make sure you load it below your LOD output. Patches are provided for Smoke on the Desert (have them overwrite both mods).

Performance impact seems negligible.

Install Guide:

Custom LOD Patching Guide  - Shouldn't ever be necessary, but this will help if you generate your own object LOD and want the edited blocks to perfectly match. It's very easy to do.

Vanilla - If you don't use custom object LOD then use this.

VNV - If you followed the Viva New Vegas/The Best of Times LOD guide then you should use this. Works with the pre-generated LOD available here.

Compatibility - If you generated your own object LOD not following the VNV/TBOT guide, and you don't care about patching it, then you should use this. It uses a standalone texture atlas so the base textures won't break.
