📋 About This Mod
I've always found it strange that Caesar's Legion bans chems & alcohol for everyone... except the player.
It's actually possible in the vanilla game to break one of the Legion's golden rules in the tent of Caesar himself without consequence. This mod seeks to fix that, making the consumption of banned items a hostile action towards Legion members. This will hopefully add to lore cohesion and make the player feel less like a gamified exception that doesn't need to follow rules of a key faction.

This also makes a Legion playthrough more challenging & lore-appropriate as you will be forced to rely on Legion standard items such as healing powder, bitter drinks & food to survive - lest suffer the consequences.
Installation / Uninstallation
First install the latest version of NVSE (xNVSE preferred) & the JIP LN Plugin. Next, simply Install and Uninstall using a mod manager of your choice, alternatively add or remove LegionChemsAreActuallyBanned.esp from the data folder as required. There are no particular load-order requirements for using this mod.
Once installed, Simply take some time to indulge in some chems or chug on a cold beer in legion territory to start the fun!
