DriveThemCarsWithBetterRoads - For XRE Cars

Firstly - If you Dont have XRE Cars !, you proly dont want this as i see no advatage in this mod without the cars

Secondly - if you dont have XRE Cars! , you should get it!!:If your comp can run it anyway

Moved alot of cars , wooden road blocks , and such so you can drive throu some of the tigghter spaces now (example - You can now drive a car throu and over the Prim underpass).

Added An optinal download (gettingthecarsout) that just makes it easy to get the cars out of thier respective spawns and doesnt mess with any roads.

Note :: Better roads does not mean they will be pretty just that they willl be better driving serfaces than they are in vanila. Common a war happened they souldent look like the where redone last year. For the most part, the only stretches of road i am changing are ones where it is hard to drive. (That last little bit has changed and i have worked on roads where it wasnt all the hard to drive on but still irritatingly bouncy.)

Installing ---- Just drop the data folder into your Fallout folder and enable Uninstalling --- Just remove the esp and any meshes starting with 0001(they are in the SCOL sub folder in meshes)

If anyone notices an extremly bad road for driving or any bugs plezz let me know in the comments and i will try and go there next

2-28-2015                          As of v0. 20 I have reworked many of the roads in NV and driven on them and reworked them some more and so on and so on. Roads are like 5x better and still look pretty fed up. But remember it is a wasteland and s is falling apart out there.

6-15-2015                         v0. 21 fixed a few cupple bridges a few spots on the roads i saw need some help and started working on the over passes. Found out the highway overpasses dont have collision so i am working on it but the overpases are a work in progress so dont try and drive on them. You will fall throuh.

6-22-2015                         v0. 23 Uninstall all older versions befor installing the new version. Improved some more roads. Still fubared on the overpasses thou but working on it still.

6-25-2015                          Added three Pics showing my progress on the overpass i am working on still need to figure out how to make the sides of the overpass solid so you dont fall throu it was thinking collision planes but i dont know yet if the cars can drive on those but they probaly can so i am gonna try that
