+++DESCRIPTION+++
This mod adds in a Dragunov SVU into the game along with one modification for it - a PSO-1 scope. It comes with unique static and sound entries (and custom sounds!), as well as having it added to the appropriate weapon, repair, vendor, and leveled lists.
Also included are the basic reload files required for the bullpup animation by joefoxx082.
A placeholder icon has been made for a potential custom icon by T3T if he makes one that can be easily replaced later on.
It can be found under Doc Mitchell's bed.
