DM's Freeside - Wish You Were Here

For the longest time I just ran SSSSlick's Simple Freeside Overhaul and Qolore7's Simple Open Freeside .

Stays true to vanilla and adds details to the blank ass walls.

I thought to myself.. Freeside has 50+ overhauls.... I should do a Freeside overhaul.

This town is a giant maze made to corral you down to the strip. Cool at first but gets annoying after the 10000th playthrough. Freemont Street was robbed of it's glory after the city got split up in development so I added the Freemont canopy as seen in real life..ish, turned the barriers into gates so now you can see the Freeside sign looming behind and better navigation across the city, I added Classic, SanFran, and Cut architecture to mix up the vanilla skyline plus the walk down to the Strip gate is now lit up. I created alleys to break up the blocs and extra exploration, maybe you'll find something interesting stuff too.. easter eggs, explosives. More advertising and palm trees and VENTS everywhere. Streets are cluttered with cars, trash, graffiti, etc. etc.

Don't install midplaythrough.

CHECK FOR COMPATIBILITY WITH YOUR LOAD ORDER. Don't ask me to check.

Low end PCs, toasters, dudes that run 255 plugin limit AND 200+ texture mods will mysteriously run into fps issues. shocking revelations.

This location runs at 50-60fps with NVR on for me. so basically runs on my machine.
