Description ===========
Distributes necklaces and chains (neck seam hiders) to all male and female OR only female NPC's on cell load. Requires NVSE and JIP
The chance of females wearing them differ from Dog Tags, which are most common, to Pearl Necklaces, which are rare. Values range from Dog Tags at 1 cap and very common, to Black Pearl Necklace at 500 caps and very rare.
The chance of males wearing them are pretty evenly distributed. There are no value ranges for male necklaces and pendants, they are all just 1 cap.
These necklaces and chains are included with likelihood of spawn:
Females: Dog Tags - 60% Iron Chain - 10% Copper Chain - 10% Silver Chain - 10% Gold Chain - 5% Pearl Necklace - 4% Black Pearl Necklace - 1%
If using the version that also includes males Males: Brahmin Skull Pendant - 17% Dog Tags - 16% Gear Pendant - 17% Guitar Pendant - 17% Key Pendant - 16% Skull pendant - 17%
