STARS (great mod btw) adds one small change to the Waters of Life quest, by giving you Dad's jumpsuit when he gives you fuses.
DIEO skips that portion altogether, by giving you fuses at the start.
So, I combined both. Now Liam Neeson gives you both fuses and jumpsuit at the start.
Obviously requires both mods.
