Daughters of Ares - REDUX

Description:

This mod is a complete overhaul of the original Daughters of Ares (which is more than a decade of date at this point).  The improvements include:

• []Dynamic Armor Swapping

  []Cosmetic Armor and Clothing

  []Fully Customizable RGB Lighting

  []Four Functioning Lighting Modes (Static, Health, Sneak, and Combat)

  []Configurable Android Perk

  []Huge number of bugfixes

  The REDUX is smaller, faster, and more efficient.

  Setup:

  Install the plugin from here, and the assets from here.

  Make sure your xNVSE, JIP LN, and JohnnyGuitar are up to date, and you should be good to go.

  Optional but recommended is the Mod Configuration Menu, which lets you access the color configuration.

  About the Race Changemizer:

  Because you might not want to start a new Character, I have designed the Race Changemizer.  It is a terminal that will allow you to either become an Android, become one of the default races, or change back to your original character (experimental).

  The terminal is located in the New Vegas Medical Clinic, and charges a small fee to alter your character (similar to the plastic surgeon).

  This mod also has some advanced features, available from the console.

  For example, if you wanted to alter your appearance to look like Sunny Smiles, you could use this command:

  call Changemize GSSunnySmiles

  You can also use this to change to other custom races, given you know the base EditorID of an NPC of that race (the CharGen presets work well for this).

  Finally, some notes about using this:

  • []ALWAYS make a save before changing your character.

    []Use this BEFORE uninstalling DoA-Redux.

    []Use this BEFORE installing the Optional Perks.

    Notes:

    • []This mod is NOT compatible with the original Daughters of Ares or its save files!

    • If you use the Tale of Two Wastelands, you should grab the TTW Patch to add the extra TTW armors.

      Recommended:

      It's recommended to install the T6M Equipment Replacer.  This will provide a matching body for armors that don't have an ARES version.
