📋 About This Mod
I wanted to start off by stating officially that I have absolutely no experience with modding fallout. This is my first ever mod and I spent over a week to just figure out the GECK with help from various videos, discord communities and online forums that I could find with answers to my issues. I do hope that you enjoy this mod, I spent a lot of time and sleepless nights to try and perfect Version 1. 0! Yes, that's right, 1. 0. I intend on creating a 1. 1 and so on!
I wanted to create a companion that was faithful inspiration to so many beloved companion mods out there already. Such as Willow, Niner, Delilah, Russell, and even most recently Molerat. And many many many other amazing voiced companions that were brought into the fallout world!
With all that said, I am more than happy to take recommendations, suggestions or even if you'd like to volunteer to help me. Feel free to send me a PM.
Cook is a local resident of Freeside, he seems on the surface like a desperate man in need of an escape. Though as it can often be in the wasteland, looks can be deceiving. Discover stories and learn more about the character as you travel along with him!
A former member of the Kings, he serves as a useful insight and product to the environment of the slums he was shaped in. From formulated opinions about locals in Freeside to the outside Vegas factions, he has a lot of information to offer you if you so choose to seek it from him.
A devil with a gun and an absolute saint when it comes to cooking food.
He can be found by the bus intersection between the King's School and Old Mormon Fort.

- He can repair just about any gear you need so long as you have caps to buy the parts for him.
- He offers a unique perk to you which can be beneficial for early game players and even late game depending on your style of playthrough.

- Creating a fully fleshed out questline with other NPC's and voiced dialogue.
- Romance option for the character (No matter preference, to avoid it being one sided.)
- Affinity level, for when the player might do things that Cook likes or dislikes.
- Additional dialogue, aiming to create upwards of 500-1000 voice lines.
