###########Compact Laser Pistol######### A unique laser pistol firing powerful blue beams ################Description############# I\'m sure I\'m not the only one who found the chunkiness of the laser weapons in Fallout 3 and New vegas a bit annoying. my goal when creating this mod was to produce a slimmer, more compact laser pistol design without that ugly stretching and distorting that I\'ve seen in a couple similar mods. This weapon has a custom Mesh, texture, Projectile effect and muzzle-flash. it\'s wielded by a nameless hitman who will hunt you down across the wasteland (look for the man in Red) I leave his story to your imaginations. he\'s got enough cues for almost any explanation. his filename is bennyhitman, his hat is a Caesar\'s Legion hat, his outfit is crimson (crimson caravan?) and perhaps, just perhaps, he\'s a latterday Texas Red...it all works, but what you really need to know is that his gun is cool and he\'s out for your blood. This weapon was designed from the ground up to be wielded by my character. hence the black/blue colourscheme. the light-coloured laser pistols contrasted too much with my spec-ops style outfit for my taste. I\'m also working on a corresponding Laser Rifle that will use similar colours and effects. Lastly, the pistol has been added to the holdout weapon lists, both of them. so you\'ll always be able to take it into the casinos. that was the original purpose of the gun... what this means is that any mods that affect those lists will conflict with this mod. just pick which one you want to take priority and reorder your mod heirarchy so that it takes precedence. it shouldn\'t break anything else. ###############Installation############## extract the files, drag-n-drop the Data Folder into your Fallout new vegas main directory. using FOMM or the data files section on the loader, tick the tickbox for \'Laserholdout.esp\' enjoy hugely.
