This is an experimental keyframed armour mod which makes the overcoat move around as if it is blowing in the wind. This mod is an asset replacement for the overcoat so it doesn't use an ESP. however in the future if I develop this further it is very likely this will contain an ESP.
I thought this was a very interesting idea, so I have put together this prototype and shared it to get some clarification.
I am calling this experimental as I have not yet put huge amounts of time into this Animation idea due to not knowing if this is something the community would be interested in, but if this is something you would like to see further developed and expanded upon, then please leave a message .
I am unsure how stable this item of clothing will be, so anyone who wants to play test and report any issues.
