Color Corrected Upscaled Texture Pack

I know there are upscaled texture packs on here already, like Charge's FNV HD Texture Packs, but they have issues. There are new upscaling methods and I wanted to make one that also wasn't too big in size like Bobobass84's TTW HD Texture Pack. Most of the textures found in this pack were upscaled to 4x the original textures, but then downscaled to 2x. It would have been around 35gb if kept at 4x, meanwhile this is 10gb when not in the . 7z file.

  I wanted to focus on textures that aren't things like font, ui, hud, lod and effects. There are already better mods out there that keep the original look of the game that focus on these things.
