For a post-war industrialized gun manufacturer, the Gun Runners really do a crummy job manufacturing . 308 Hunting Rifles. This mod gives the weapons a considerable cleanup.
This mod also makes use of the retextures by Millenia, with permission.

1) Copy all files inside the Data folder to your Fallout New Vegas/Data folder (sans this Readme) 2) Open your favorite mod manager. 3) Activate "CleanHuntingRifle.esp".

v1. 0. 1 Removed the last two metal strips around the magazine.
v1. 0. 2 Did some repositioning of the sighting node on the unscoped variants so it's better aligned vertically with the crosshair. Made an improved, less-muddy texture for the custom action.
v1. 03: Cut a proper slot for the magazine to go into, through the bottom of the body and through the bottom of the bolt housing.
