Chinese Officer's Sword and Weapon Mods

This mod (and other mod developments of mine regarding Fallout: New Vegas) are now on indefinite hiatus.

Current Events, Natural Disasters, Environmental Factors and Rapidly Declining Health have forced me to put my focus on things of greater importance first and foremost.

Allows the Chinese Officer's Sword to be Modified using Weapon Mods, all with plenty of custom texture-work and balance considered.

The TTW Version requires Tale of Two Wastelands and all of it's requirements.

Base game version requires the GunRunners Arsenal DLC.

Also has the Weapon Mods added to leveled lists the proper way, not via script. Just make sure to use a Bashed Patch. Seriously, it helps greatly.

+Adds 3 Weapon Mods to the game that are used to upgrade the Chinese Officer's Sword. Improve it's Attack Speed, Maximum Condition, and Attack Damage.

+Adds the aforementioned items to a leveled list, mostly the same one you find some Gun-Runner Melee rarities in, like Ripper mods.

+Updates the existing mesh of the default Sword to use a custom environment map, makes for a nice shiny effect not present before.

+Includes a different texture set and mesh for every state of modability.

+Updated to a new FOMOD installer that lets you choose between the New Vegas version and the TTW version.

+The New Vegas version is all-new, bringing this weapon and it's mods to the game via addition to leveled lists.

+Updated the stats for the weapon mods slightly, to better reflect intended quality.

+Planning of a Non-TTW version is underway. Will be included on this mod page sometime soon. Watch this space!

+Initial Release. Complete for the majority of things.

Using the stock meshes from TTW with texture sets applied for each variant.

That said, thanks to the TTW Team for their massive game expanding project.

The New Vegas version uses the meshes found hidden away in the game's BSA's.

That said, thanks to Bethesda/Obsidian for the meshes and such there.

A lot of the textures were cobbled together from many sources, but also tweaked for better consistency, as well.
