Author's Note QDJqkklwSmI
My name is Matthew Youmans. I am the author of the various Project Mikoto Mods.
I've come here to seek your help.
I used to weigh 500lbs. I was told by doctors that to continue my habits and weight gain would see me dead by the age of forty. I have since lost over 125lbs, and counting.
In March of 2017 I am walking across Canada.
I am attempting to fund a kickstarter to make a film of my journey. Please take a couple of minutes to watch my video and share my project on social media. If you are interested please support the kickstarter too. Right now things are not looking good for the success of my kickstarter.
Please Help!

✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Community favorite with 561 endorsements and 12k downloads — clearly a lot of people dig this look.
- Pure visual overhaul, so no risk of breaking quests or dialogue.
- Lightweight and easy to install — just drop it in and go.
⚠️ Cons
- Last updated in 2010 — might not play nice with newer mods or DLC if you're running a modern load order.
- No screenshots or detailed description, so you're flying blind on what the new look actually is.
- Only affects Cassidy — if you want a full companion overhaul, this is just one piece.
For Fallout: New Vegas players who want to give Cassidy a fresh look without messing with gameplay. If you're a completionist collecting companion overhauls, this is a must-have. Skip if you're looking for deeper companion content — this is purely cosmetic.
💡 Beginner Tips
- Since it's a simple replacer, just extract the files into your Data folder and enable the mod in your launcher.
- If you're using a mod manager like Vortex or FOMM, you can install it with a single click — no extra steps.
- Check your load order if you have other Cassidy mods — this one should override or be overridden depending on your preference.
