Converts cannibalism into a skill which must be mastered, and which can be taught to one's companions.

"With the Cannibal perk, when you're in Sneak mode, you gain the option to eat a corpse to regain Health. But every time you feed, you lose Karma, and if the act is witnessed, it is considered a crime against nature."

• []Fixed a V2. 1 issue that caused the player to permanently freeze whenever they would reject their meal.

  []Added a new config variable: bNaturalCannibal.  Gives the player character the Cannibal perk for free.  Good for pure-cannibal playthroughs.  This flag is set by default in the revised Author's Config.

    []Configuration file was expanded to support every variable in the MCM menu. These defaults will be read at the start of a new game, and can be forced into use at any time. (See config.)

  • []Finally determined, and worked around, the bug with DismemberLimb that was causing occasional and very nasty instability.
