Overview
Camp McCarran has long perplexed me in a number of ways. Why is the NCR's HQ for the entire Vegas reason so dirty and dilapidated? Why does it seem like the interior designer was never told it was supposed to be a military base and not a dilapidated airport wreck? Most of all, why do none of the (massive) windows in both the exterior and interior have any light coming in or out of them?
While the first two questions will take much more concerted effort to fix, the third — light-defying windows — is the object of this mod. Both in and out, Camp McCarran's many windows have been made to glow during the night and during the day, as appropriate. Thanks to imposter regions, you can even see the airport's main windows from afar, adding a logical and shiny addition to the Mojave skyline.

A: The added imposters will have next to no performance impact. There are a few new lights in the McCarran interior to account for the now-glowing windows, but their impact should be minimal.
Compatability
NVMIM fixes have been carried over for all mesh edits. This mod won't be natively compatible with Open McCarran mods, but creating a patch is trivial so please comment if you would like one made for any particular mod. hNVSE is required to make the imposter region compatible with other imposter region mods.
