📋 About This Mod
I'm not gonna lie, this mod took me longer than it should've to build and that's because I've had a noticeable lack of inspiration these past few weeks.
Anyways, that's not important. Let's talk of the Brotherhood.
So. We all know the Brotherhood of Steel. Those Techno-Mungo, Quasi-Religious fanatics that hold onto a code that probably should've died long ago? Yeah, those guys.
They sure love their technology. I can't find a single instance of a BoS Paladin or Knight in New Vegas that isn't using an energy weapon (Minigun's not withstanding), but New Vegas - I feel - didn't capture it well enough. In fact, New Vegas did a lot wrong on that front. Like excluding Ghoul Troopers, Ghoul Kings, Super Mutants mingling with the humans in the NCR-esque factions. Sure, time had a lot to do with that but let's not talk about that.
Where are the Brotherhood Robots? I know the Brotherhood is a shell of it's former self but you'd think they'd have a few Protectrons at least standing watch in Hidden Valley's bunker? Perhaps there was a pre-war storage that had a few deactivated units they found inside the bunker when they settled? Or perhaps, although less likely, one of their nightly patrols brought them back? I dunno. Just some ideas?
What this mod does is simple: It adds 5 Protectrons to the BoS Bunker in Hidden Valley. It also adds a wandering BoS Eyebot to the Bunker should you take the proper path in ED-E, My Love. Simple, and easy. 'Nuff said, hope y'all enjoy this small addition to the game.
