Introduction
I'm finally getting around to uploading this enb, but I couldn't have made it without tru3th. This enb was created with tru3th's overgrowth enb as a basis. I have made quite a few changes, including the required weather mod, but the core is still tru3th's work. I hope you can go to his nexus page, and give him so love.
This enb requires 47 weathers. The main file does not contain the weather mod or binaries.

Added support for confidence man weathers (an alternative to 47 weathers).
