Future Plans 5-03-11 Finally, I have gotten around to releasing the file that is compatible with Talon Company\'s Boulder City Facelift Project mod. With this file, you will be able to enjoy having both our mods in the game that is free of conflict. Talon Company and I have discussed some great ideas for future updates for our mods that will work in conjunction with one another, but sadly, he and I have not had much time to do anything these past few months. For myself, I have been required to do a lot of traveling these past couple of months and haven\'t had time to work on this at all. I apologize for the late release of this new version of this mod, but it was beyond my control. For those of you that have been waiting for the release of this version, you have my sincerest apologies. The only issue that I have found with this new release is that NPCs tend to try and walk through the new buildings I added to Boulder City to accommodate the apartments and the merchant shop, rather than walking around them. I hope that you enjoy this new version, and again, I apologize for the late release of this version. One other thing I forgot to mention. The landlord is now voiced thanks to Talon Company who got someone to do the voice acting for me. If you get the chance, please stop by Talon Company\'s profile and give him kudos for doing this. He and I will be working on making our two mods compatible with each other. I already have a working version and am currently using both mods in my game. He will be making some edits to his mod soon and once he is done, I hope to add more NPCs to Boulder City that will interact with both our mods. This should give players the feel that Boulder City is alive and in the process of being rebuilt. Upon entering the apartment building between the hours of 8:00am and 10:00pm, the player will find the landlord standing behind the desk. Otherwise, she will be in her apartment. After a short conversation with the landlord, the player can choose to purchase one of two apartments; a small one room apartment, or a much larger two bedroom apartment. The player can only own one apartment at a time, but the player is free to sell and purchase apartments as many times as they wish.
