Standard version

- Open the Meshes.bsa (Tools -> BSA Browser)
- Extract this file:

to here: Data/meshes/architecture/wasteland
- Open the Textures2.bsa
- Extract these files:

to here: Data/textures/vehicles
- And copy the textures folder and Better New Vegas.esm to your Data folder.
- Activate Better New Vegas.esm in Fallout Mod Manager or in launcher.
